Year year. It's your whole SRE moon though. Welcome to my show. Where we keep it a hunted and we all about improving and inspiring. And of course having some fun, We come to North. My first classic, I had an ill Matic. even though there was a reasonable doubt, I was living like I was ready to die. And sometimes it felt like me, it gives the world, but What that season did to my character. I'm going to have to write a couple of books of this shit, but yeah, man. But this is a bonus episode. This was actually supposed to be my first episode of the season. But I had to change some things up. So when you hit some things that sound like. All I'm asking you is to change your way. But that was a powerful quote cause sometimes I feel like we always try to start from without, like you want to find love. You gotta love yourself. You wanna help others. You gotta help yourself. You gotta be the example before you try to give all that shit out. So start with the man in the mirror is a great thing. I thought I could always bypass it like a surgery, but when I really applied this method, it's crazy. Like putting yourself first should be something that is glorified instead of swept up under the rug. like how I used to clean my room when my mom said you better clean that shit up in 10 minutes. Yeah, I always loved to stop my show like that, but moving on, as always. Let's get into the episode. Stop selling yourself short. And I went back and forth about. Naming this episode, because first it was supposed to be. The number one product. When I thought that shit was whack. So that's why I didn't make the final cut, It made the bonus cut. So. Got to make it somewhere. you go to seminars, you could go to gurus. You go everywhere. You need to go. But if you're not all in and willing to give it your all and be willing to chip in, like they do on a bottle for better you, the results will amaze you. Until you do it so much that you can teach it. And think about this man being an expert at something it's like automatic, you all get paid. it's crazy. But anyway, Every situation that you want to change, it starts with you. Yo, well, you start calling the shots. By making strategic moves. Like a lot of people always start off with like, yo I can't. But have you really sat down and try to put together a plan? Cause I love that saying plan ahead or plan to fail, I never forget that day. My godfather told me it took me like, five minutes to process it. I was like, what does he mean? What does he say? What type of. Complex sorcery. Is he speaking of, yeah, but it's so true, man. there's only so much you can do in your head, writing it down, having the a to Z or a to C whatever, whatever the fuck you feel, it's going to get the job done. that's the amount of letters that you need. In relationships, I don't, I haven't really talked about relationships because, You can't be in a relationship until you have a great relationship with yourself. And yo, I'm telling you, I used to talk crazy to myself. I used to, call myself every name under the, every fucked up naming the book. And if you really knew how I felt my self esteem was so low that if you placed it on a limbo you would have to be Supernatural flexible to get under the limbo bar. And now my self talk is just so like I get compliments, but it's almost like yeah, thank you. Thank you. I appreciate it. it's just adding to the compliment. I already gave myself yo. And my shit is like skyrocket, man. Get into a place where like your subconscious speaks for you, which is another episode. I can't believe I haven't got on the subconscious yet, because that shit is so important. your subconscious is so important to your wellbeing. You don't even know it, because that shit records everything. The subconscious is like a tape recorder that never shuts off. The only battery is your heart think that shit works. Even if your mind doesn't function. I was saying, there's different areas in your life where, you have to sell yourself, a job interview. what do you think you're doing over there? You think you're over there? Just, outlining the facts about yourself? Nah, that's shit. You selling yourself. That employee gotta be like, yo, everybody that interviewed me before Ray came. What is a got age, You gotta give them that affect man And no one really knows if they're going to have that effect, but it's all a mindset, man. Your mindset can make you think the impossible is just a temporary setback. Their relationships. Yo. And especially for the ladies, guys, they got a lot of options, man. What makes you different?. Like when a woman's fed up, there's nothing you can do about it. Yeah. But you got to sell yourself and then the thing is you always gotta sell yourself. Why should she stay with you? Why shouldn't she. Play you and is the vice versa for everybody else, man, you, Oh, you're always Southern delight. It's just like the law of attraction is always working. You're always selling. Like all these holes, all these salesmen that are like, get top notch. Awards people buy into them first. So, being on a show or being in anything, being yourself and shit, just letting the world see that she was gonna make it no matter what people would like, that shit, people respect that shit. It's only a matter of time for something that happened sooner. All it takes sometimes as a rival video, but for those, for the others, The gene thing is longer, but it's just dope that no matter how long it takes, you're not willing to give up, but to continue with different areas. like I was a school, with school, as long as you pass the test, get things done, you'll be good. Get your work done, but I'm gonna tell you something, selling yourself, like having the teacher, believing that you like the number one student, even if you just plagiarizing your life. Hey, I think it's a dope thing, When I you're always, there's always something to sell, but people buy into you. One, one inspiration for this podcast was I was kinda, I want to sell it to you. So Wolf of wall street and other actors could have did Wolf of wall street, but the way Leo sold that shit. Yeah, we're going to be talking about that for the agent. I still haven't met no one that can't stand. That doesn't like the Wolf of wall street. Like he made you want to sell some shit he made, you want to think of Wanelo. So you can have a story to tell about how you drove back in your Lambo, but it was like all these people that you love. It's like, it's fucking sold to the point that people will give Beyonce a shout out before they give Becky that they've seen every day of their lives or hung out with, or nah, as Beyonce, birthday. Fuck that like JZ birthday just passed. I don't fucking know Jay Z. I love Jay Z. I quote him all the time, but when I know Jay Z, where I could be like, yo. Yo shout out your happy birthday to my dogs. Cause I feel like one day I'm gonna have him on the show, man. It's only a matter of time, but yeah, man. So to conclude that part, you say yourself in every single thing you do, even if you realize it or not just like law of attraction, what you say, what you focus on is what you get. Nah, a lot of us, including myself, sell ourselves short. I've been trying my best to dream bigger than speak crazier than ever. And it's crazy to y'all, but it's it. Shit is regular degular to me. Yeah. So I recently hit 1500 downloads. It should be close to 3000, by the time this comes out, honestly, with all the marketing and everything I plan to do. I plan to add another four zeros to that 15 hunted and. Cause I've I made it that far. I'm better to make it all the way to where I know I could be some critics say I might not, but I appreciate those critics. Like the critics that say that I will, because each of them balanced the scale, but loving what you do. You're able to rise above all that. selling yourself short. What are phrases that let us know that we are, I wasn't born when he was born. Oh, I'm not that tall. I'm not that talented. And the list goes. On and on and on and on. And that list is longer than the unemployment list right now. Hopefully I get a job. I know everything's by the time I released it, I know everything's going to be still unknown, but shit, We got to do what we can to find peace, listen to episode five, season one, if you need some sort of guide, and what comes to mind when I think of selling myself short, well, selling yourself short Muggsy Bogues. Fucking spot web shit, even at an Iverson considered, one of those, not your typical tall guard, but they heart made them almost seven feet. So I'm telling you, man, where you lack in talent and physical. Ability or, or parents you can make up for the heart who don't love heart. You got Kevin, you got Brett shit, man. And Kevin Hart, man. Yo Kevin Hart. His movies. His shit was I, when he first came out, I a friend, his movie's going to be all out now to be honest, but I find him fucking hilarious. So you see what I'm saying? Like Kevin Hart didn't sell himself short man. Like he's making a lot of fucking money. He learned how to strategize and he made it work for him being him. I just saw a special that everybody told me it was whack, but I was almost fucking fell off my bed. And yo it's, it works for him. He got to do this shit in his crib. Still make you laugh. And sometimes it's not about if you going to be good or bad, sometimes it's just about the experience and getting it done. I've said this so many times. Why not you? Why, why can't you, as you change your mindset on how you view things. It changes your action, right? So when you change your mindset, now, the way you think about it is different. So then your actions are gonna, are going to be more aligned with your thinking, right? Cause when you think like trash either you don't do shit or you do shit. That's a little bit trashy, but we all do, man. We all responsible. For doing shit like that. It's human nature, the only difference between them and you is that they didn't give up. They kept going until they found the way and then kept going past that way. You just have to retrain your mind. To think differently. And some people was like, Oh, some people that, how can you retrain your mind? Like, when you was a kid, didn't have to worry about going to school, having fun and toys and shit, regardless what era, maybe it was already PSP games, you catch my drift. But then other things caught your attention, or maybe you felt like you were too grown to do that. Whatever the case may be. You trained your mind to think like an adult. Your version of it, at least, which is whatever leads you to not being happy. If that's you, if that's the case for you. So this is about retraining your mind and if you really pay attention, when you get out of your own head and you pay attention, all these successful men and women or organizations, it took a lot of effort. It took getting over. Being told, no, it took over being rejected. It took a lot of There's not, there's no other word, but it took a lot of soul searching to get to that point where no matter what the world tells you, you listen to. With your mind and heart tell you, which is for people like me, we go, this is going to happen by any means. is there anything called the avalanche stopper? Because once the avalanche goes forward, There's no stopping it. Shit. And once I get it really going. I'm taking everybody, we out, you know what I'm saying? We all going forward. You already snow. shout out the GZ, the original or the actually the coolest snowman ever frosty, Polly want to knock his ass out. You're like this man. I'm going to get I'm recording right now with the audio Technica ATR 2100. This shit is son is smoother than the other side of the pillow motherfucker. Cut that out. So bottom line, I'm gonna tell you why you can't sell yourself short. You could, if you want to, but it's not going to help you out. There's a basketball player right now that someone told them you too short. probably one of the best basketball players out. There's an author that said no one would want to read your shit. And there were New York times, or there, there are best-selling New York times bestseller. This, someone that they said they were told that they will never walk again. And now they're running marathons. To show you the power that the mine has. It's amazing. When you tap in, lock in, you got to Fort Knox, this motherfucker, you gotta Fort Knox. This bitch up, man. Lock-in it's the only way Muscle doesn't get built with reps that you can do with no problem. It's the reps that give you that stank face, that ugly ass fucking face that we all have when we push it for that last rep. that's the hurdle we have to get across whatever you, almost every situation in life. Dating you've been hurt before, but eventually you got to trust until you get you trust the right person and it makes everything worth it. Same thing. You have so many careers, you'd have so many things that you just tried and you quit. But one day there's going to be that you find something that you love and you never looked back. I feel like there's nothing that I do a lot of shit and I'm going to continue to grow and do a lot of amazing shit. But I really, I feel like, I feel like once I feel like a person like me comes once upon a time of generation, but I also feel there's a million. Other of us. Out there. And I'm just trying to wake everybody the fuck up. I'm trying to wake up who I can like yo, you part of that once every generation. Cause there's no copy of Ew. Ew, original. And like they say the original is better than the copy baby. So yeah, man, moving on. Yeah, but this first half was great. But you know i can't have a show without a bread, egg. And it's like, wow, like, thank God. He is. I want you to know you're a product of your mind environment, like your product of your thinking, what you think. What you do and what you say when all these things are aligned that's where you start seeing real change, real transformation and all the areas that you got to sell yourself, which are the ones you're aware of or not started just. Coming into play. So from my experience, I used to think fucked up shit, and I thought there was nothing I could do. And then I saw all these different versions of things that I could do tried every single one of them, and then found one that works for me. So like, I was a certain way before and now I'm different. And it's because of my thinking, what I say to myself, what I say to other people, and my actions are all in line with a common goal, which is to be real move forward And enjoy my every day, enjoy my life and keep working. And whatever's getting me closer to where I want to be. the more I'll take that make me proud of myself. And I'll be honest. You're not always going to be proud of yourself. Sometimes you go home, you're going to slip up, man. Like it happens, but you only going to do that. With the shit. That's not that important to you, to be honest, but the shit that means a lot to you, you pull it over, you do an all-nighter, you do all that. Especially once you can see results before they come in to the physical. Like I remember before I started writing season one, I would always say, yo, I'm writing my classic. And it's finish the last episode and to fully feel like I accomplished. That was crazy. And like, I was a product of all my episodes started on my head. I would speak a lot of how I wanted it to be. And I would put it together in. It was just be something you've never heard before. I've never heard anything like me before, and I wish you that same type of feeling because yeah, we always gonna sound the same, but there's only one you. And the salesman everywhere, trying to sell you things that you, that what's a sell you things that you really do need, or a really good one will make you think you need a fucking car that is more than you're fucking more than you can afford when you got to skip meals and shit. Not really well that he's a good salesman, but he's not, well, he's good at selling, but that doesn't make him a good salesman because I wouldn't want to sell you something you can't afford. I want you to sell something that you can, Put gas in your shit and keep going and be able to have some type of peace. Yeah. there's a test, right? Like if I tell you right now, don't think of a blue cup. There's no way you're not going to think of a blue cup. So you can't really control what you think about to, to an extent you can control what you focus on. And let the blue cup be there. Listen, you don't want to think about a blue cup and you just purposely think of a whole bunch of blue cups. The blue cup is going to be like, ah, this is boring. It's a technique I use might work for you, but change the way you think. and it's not that simple, but you get better the more you do it. So example damn. I can't get that job. I can't start this business. I can't get that girl. But the same energy. No, no, actually we, you could do it with the same energy or more, but I'm going to get that girl. I'm gonna start that business. I'm gonna get that job. You see what I did there now? It's not a perfect world. It's not going to happen a hundred out of a hundred times, thinking about it the way you want it to go. We'll help you speak about it better and then when you apply the action and I will tell you something, I heard this over a party, someone was saying, knowledge is power. Knowledge is not fucking power. Like I don't. That's crazy that they told us that bullshit. And we believed that because there's a Harvard nigga right now. there's a smart motherfucker right now. Not doing shit in his mother room. So all that knowledge is not power is applied knowledge. that's where that real shit is at. Right. Because the dude that went to Harvard or to do that The smartest dude in the world is making the living off his smart tablet. that's power. Like he put it into action, but, knowing that to me, knowing shit is maybe 25, but that action that should have 75, man, that takes that 25%. You gotta be like Ray, Charles, you gotta make it do baby. Yeah, man. But as we head into my final say, I just want to say. Yo. You're awesome. You're dope, man. You know why? I'm awesome. And I'm dope because I convinced myself that I am not because anyone told me not because I got it in the mail.
